Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Ringwood Lake Inn.
No visitors allowed after 12am, failure to comply may result in a fine of up to $200 and additional guest charges to your account.
A valid credit card guarantee, deposit or pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
The Ringwood Lake Inn is a Non Smoking Motel, and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your room. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a $250.00 cleaning fee and possibly an additional day’s room rate on your account. Please help us keep the motel a smoke free environment.
Damage deposit will be collected at the time of arrival which is $100.00 fully refundable.
At check in, a valid photo ID is required, the name must match the credit card used for pre-authorisation and the booking was made under.
If any smoke alarm is triggered due to smoking, the guest may be liable for charges of up to $2,000.00.
